Teri is most well known as a collage artist who appropriates familiar images to tell a story. The themes of her work, drawn from her interest in literature and myth, are reflected in the narrative nature of each piece. Although, to her own amazement, life in the country has brought a new direction to her work; informed by the traditional Pennsylvania German folk art that permeates her surroundings. Her most recent series of colorful mixed media paintings interpret Fraktur inspired designs with a contemporary flair. She considers this new direction just another path on her evolving creative journey.

When Teri and Dan first met several years ago they knew each had found a kindred spirit. A desire for a creative life drew them together. Although their work differs, their artistic passions are the same. Since becoming partners they have added collaborative projects, which incorporate both their distinctive styles, to their creative endeavors.
